We are Dynamic — now Dynamic Servitech Private Limited. For over two decades we have designed, built and supported Safe Load Indicators for every type of crane. E-Dash is our SLI for Electric Overhead Travelling cranes.
Dynamic Crane Engineers began manufacturing its own Safe Load Indicators in 2005. In 2024 the safety-electronics and field-service arms were consolidated under Dynamic Servitech Private Limited (DSPL) — a single entity that takes a safety system from concept to end-of-life: research, design, manufacture, installation, service and spares, all under one roof.
The same team that researches a problem designs the board, populates the enclosure, calibrates it on your crane, and answers the phone when you call ten years later.
Electronics, firmware and mechanical design developed by our own engineering team in Pune — sensors, controllers, displays and communication.
Assembly, enclosure build, load-cell integration and calibration done in our own facility. No badge-engineering, no imported black boxes.
A pan-India service network that has supported installed units since 2004 — installation, recalibration, breakdown and overhaul.
Because we built it, we stock and supply spares for the full operating life of every system — no obsolescence cliff.
E-Dash is a safety and monitoring device for Electric Overhead Travelling cranes. It continuously measures the lifted load, shows it in kilograms and tonnes on a jumbo 7-segment display, and warns — and can cut motion — the moment a set limit is exceeded.

A safe-load indicator on an EOT crane protects both the equipment and the people around it. By monitoring the weight of every lift, E-Dash keeps the crane inside its rated capacity — reducing the risk of structural strain, mechanical failure and dropped loads.
The controller measures load through a clamp or shackle load-cell, displays precise weight locally, and transmits the reading over RS485 to a large jumbo display so operators and ground crew can see the load from a distance.

A clamp or shackle load-cell on the crane senses the lifted weight with high accuracy.
The processor computes load, compares it to set limits, and shows the value on the on-board 7-segment / dot-matrix display.
Weight data is carried reliably over RS485 to the remote jumbo display — error-free over long bay distances.
A 5-digit, 5.1″ jumbo display shows load to all personnel; a hooter and motion-cut relay trigger on overload.
E-Dash is one of our standard products. We also have the full technical capability to custom-build a safety or monitoring solution to your specification — engineered by our R&D, manufactured in our own facility, and supported with service and spares for the life of the asset. One accountable team, concept to end-of-life.
